After you complete our Client Inquiry Form (below), we will contact you for an free initial consultation. During this time, we will get more details about your plans and answer any questions you may have regarding our Itinerary Planning process.

After our consultation, we begin putting together your personal travel details based on our personal knowledge, years of personal experience, and professional expertise. This process involves researching properties, destinations, and cruise lines to meet your specific needs. We also contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries to suit your preferences.

To begin the work, we require a $125 "Plan to Go Deposit." This will provide you with a detailed quote and personalized itinerary. This deposit is non-refundable, but 100% is applied to your final balance when you book with Smith Luxury Escapes.  As a courtesy, we waive this deposit for our repeat clients who have traveled with us in the past year.

 

We will work with you to finalize your personal itinerary and ensure we have met all of your travel goals. (Terms & Conditions apply.)  Should you choose to book any part of the suggested itinerary yourself, with another agency, or cancel for any reason, the "Plan to Go Deposit" will be retained by Smith Luxury Escapes as payment for services rendered.
